Site redesign

The website received a redesign to improve usability. It has the following new features:

1. More statistics on the homepage
2. New announcements section showing the same announcements as our Discord server
3. New wiki pages showing helpful information, tips, and step-by-step instructions
4. Revamped searching with interactive filters and sorting
5. New metadata on category listings showing the number of titles and total download count
6. New metadata on content listings showing the hShop ID, content type, version, product code, New 3DS exclusivity (if applicable), and locale emulation requirement (if applicable)
7. New download page showing content type, download count, and locale emulation requirement notices (if applicable)
8. Related Content section of the download page now shows any available demo, game, update, and/or DLC depending on the content being viewed
9. Smoother transition between light/dark theme and webpages
